Digital Goa, June 19- A case of criminal breach of trust has been registered against Prashant Singh of Madhya Pradesh for allegedly fleeing with a rented white Fortuner from Dabolim on June 16. The complaint was filed by Shivanand Talwar of Mangoor, Vasco.
