Digital Goa, June 22 — Women vendors have filed a police complaint against a staff member of the Mapusa Municipal Council for allegedly using inappropriate language while they were selling vegetables and other items in the MMC market. The vendors have demanded action from both the police and the Mapusa Municipal Council, accusing the staff member of outraging their modesty. According to the complaint, the staff member ordered the local women vendors to immediately vacate the premises and allegedly used abusive and inappropriate language against them.
