Digital Goa, June 24 – One Akash Lamani from Baga was booked by Colva Police for having sexual intercourse on several occasions with a minor on the pretext of marriage and assualting and threatening the victim. “Upon the complaint of lady complainant to the effect that from November 2021 to till date at Benaulim accused person namely Akash Lamani, Age 24 yrs, from Baga developed friendly relationship with complainant while she was minor in age and further on pretext of marriage on different occasion had forceful sexual intercourse with the complainant and when the complainant resisted the accused person assaulted and threatened her with dire consequences”.
