Digital Goa, June 26 – Youth must stay alert against drug trafficking traps, especially when foreigners or tourists offer large sums of money to carry a parcel, as it may not be a simple delivery, warned CM Pramod Sawant. He urged students and parents to remain vigilant and not fall prey to such tactics. The lure of easy money is drawing people into drug trading and trafficking, he said. He added that there is a need for collective action to build a Nashamukt (drug-free) Goa. He was speaking after flagging off a Rally organized by Bicholim Police Station on the occasion of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
