Digital Goa, August 18 – Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has asked people to keep their documents ready to benefit from the government’s circular for regularising houses built before 1972, as per old survey plans as the process begins from September 1. Applicants must submit Form I & XIV and Form D, and certificates are expected to be issued within a week of verification. To qualify, the house must appear on survey plans from 1970–72, cover at least 25% of the plot, and the total holding should not exceed 1,000 sq. m.
