Digital Goa, Dec 11 – Rohini Court in Delhi today rejected the anticipatory bail application filed by Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra in connection with the Birch by Romeo Lane fire incident at Arpora. The matter was first heard yesterday, during which the Court declined to grant any interim relief and posted the case for orders today. After hearing all parties, the Court dismissed the brothers’ plea for anticipatory bail. Goa Police informed that they strongly opposed the application, arguing against granting them protection from arrest as the investigation into the December 6 nightclub fire continues.
