Digital Goa, June 30 – High Court at Goa has dismissed a petition filed by a former corporator of the Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP), challenging the state government’s decision to transfer the powers of ward delimitation and elections from the State Election Commission to the Directorate of Municipal Administration (DMA).
