Digital Goa, July 1- High Court order quashing the ODPs of Calangute, Candolim, Parra, Arpora, and Nagoa, reverting land use to the Regional Plan 2021 was uploaded on the Court portal today. All zoning certificates under the scrapped ODPs stand cancelled, states the order. The Court also struck down related circulars, an ordinance, and an executive order used to keep the ODPs alive. However, following a government undertaking, the judgment will not be implemented for four weeks from June 23.
