Digital Goa, July 23 – A 35-year-old labourer, Bachcham Roy from Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal, was found dead in a water-filled area at a construction site in Anjuna on July 23. The incident was reported to Anjuna police by fellow worker Imran Biswas. An Unnatural Death case has been registered under section 194 of the BNSS.
