Digital Goa, July 15 – Nine Senior Scale Officers of the Goa Civil Service have been transferred with immediate effect. Agnelo Fernandes is now Director (Administration), Agriculture, and Madhu Narvekar takes over as Chief Officer, Margao Municipal Council. Dr Ajay Gaude becomes Director of Sports and Youth Affairs with additional charge of Managing Director, GHRSSIDC. Dinesh Pawar is appointed CEO, North Goa Zilla Panchayat. Vivek Naik is posted as Director of Art & Culture, while Arvind Khutkar takes charge as Director of Archives. Shankar Gaonkar becomes Member Secretary, Kala Academy; Sagun Velip is Joint Secretary (Protocol); and Melvyn Vaz is the new Secretary, Lokayukta.
